Verbatim Introduces Desktop Hard Drive With Four Interface – Quad Interface Drives

The global leader in digital storage solutions, Verbatim has introduced its first Desktop Hard Drive models with four interfaces which is called as Quad Interface Drives. The Quad Interface Drives carry FireWire 400 and 800 ports as well as external SATA II and USB connectors that are compatible with most computers. It also features with eSATA option that able provide Brandwidth peaks at up to 3Gbps.

The drive support Mac OS and Windows. Verbatim 500GB and 1TB Quad-interface Drives also include Nero BackItUp 2 Essentials which is a complete solution for automatic backup on Windows systems. Nero BackItUp 2 incorporates scheduling, backup sets and encryption as well as password control. The drives are available for immediate shipment with 500GB at the price of $180 and 1TB at the price of $250.
